上一次我看到熊貓是在北京動物園，當我進去的時候，人山人海大家都擠在熊貓區，我沒辦法看到熊貓，令我非常失望。
我希望熊貓可以在我們家當我的寵物，我可以每天抱著它，有可以和它玩耍，更可以住在一起，讓我每天過得幸福又快樂。

早上，媽媽叫醒我，我立刻從床上翻爬起來，因為說好的今天要去熊貓谷，我急迫地想快點兒看到大熊貓。
天下著雨，我們還是早早的來到了熊貓谷。進入熊貓谷，我們打著雨傘，順著幽靜的小路，邊走邊聊。爸爸問我：“你知道熊貓被稱為什么嗎？”我回答道：“熊貓被稱為國寶。”爸爸接著問：“那它還有一個名字叫什么呢？”我搖搖頭表示不知道，爸爸說：“熊貓還有一個名字叫活化石，因為它在地球上已生存了800萬年。現在的熊貓很稀少，總數才一千多只，是國家一級保護動物。”
首先，我們來到熊貓一號別墅，看見了第一只大熊貓。它正在它的別墅里呼呼大睡，白肚皮朝著天花板。透過玻璃窗，我看見熊貓身上是黑白兩種顏色，眼睛，耳朵、鼻子、手還有腳是黑色的，身上其他地方都是是白色的，身上長著厚厚的毛。
我們來到了二號別墅，這只大熊貓也在睡覺，我們使勁的拍手，還輕輕的敲了敲玻璃，呼喊它起床。它從睡夢中醒來，懶懶洋洋的抬起頭，像是在說：“誰呀？吵醒我了。”看了我們兩眼后，又忽然倒下繼續它的美夢了。
我們走到了熊貓三號別墅，看到了這里的第五只大熊貓。它正在開心的吃竹筍。只見它手拿竹筍，用嘴迅速的剝開了竹筍的外殼，很快就吃完一根竹筍。別看大熊貓外表看起來笨笨的，可是剝竹筍的樣子實在是聰明，動作又迅速。
最后，我們又去看了一只外表乖巧，可愛的小熊貓。它的身體比大熊貓小很多。毛色大部分是棕色的，還有一條毛茸茸的長尾巴。耳朵和嘴巴是白色的，眼睛和鼻子是黑色的。它的樣子和大熊貓完全不一樣，小熊貓看起來很靈活，在圍欄上走來走去，還與觀看的游客合影。
我喜歡大熊貓憨態可掬的樣子，也喜歡小熊貓機靈可愛的樣子。

大熊貓有黑白相間的體色，圓圓的臉上有大大的黑眼圈。它胖嘟嘟的。大熊貓是屬于食肉目、熊科、大熊貓亞科和大熊貓屬的哺乳動物。體重80—120千克，最重可達180千克，它剛出生時只有100克，但到4至6歲就成年了，成年的大熊貓是他小時候重量的1000倍。
大熊貓生活在四川、陜西、甘肅等的山林里。他們喜愛吃竹子，但很久以前熊貓是吃肉為主的，因為那時候有一段時間經常下雪，肉就變少了，后來才改為吃竹子等植物的，所以熊貓吃竹子也是“迫不得已”啊！大熊貓為了方便吃竹子還在它們的籽骨那里特化出了一根偽拇指。
也不要看著大熊貓可愛就不把他當熊啊！如果激怒了他相當于激怒了一頭大獅子。它生氣起來像變了一種動物一樣，那可愛的外表完全看不出來。它那鋒利的牙齒加上它堪比獅子的咬合力，很危險。怪不得熊貓在民間有“食鐵獸”的傳說。而且別看大熊貓胖，它可是爬樹小能手哩！輕輕松松就能爬到十米高的樹上。
